Interestingly, the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China was hit by a ransomware attack a few months ago and part of their ability to recover quickly was owed to a key part of its trading system being house on a Novell file server that was immune to the attack.
Yes. I do intend to cover Novell at some point. Essentially, I intend to cover all of the major players in the history of the industry… small goals, you know? This will most likely never be complete as I do not believe that a single human lifetime is long enough to complete it.
